Eligibility Criteria:
- Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets through direct efforts and effective management of a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs).
- Opportunity Identification: Identify and seize sales opportunities for CASA products by acquiring new customers and building long-term relationships.
- Customer Relationship Management: Strengthen business relations with existing customers to enhance the depth of these relationships.
- Lead Servicing: Ensure timely servicing of leads and resolve any discrepancies raised during the application process.
- Tracking & Reporting: Record and track all engagement activities using the CRM system.
- Team Development: Prepare, implement, and oversee plans for sourcing, activation, coaching, and mentoring of the BDEs.
- Compliance: Ensure full compliance with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the financial services industry.
