Job Description:
Belstar Microfinance Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Audit Manager to join our team in Patna. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing Internal Audits: Conduct regular audits of financial transactions, operations, and systems to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Compliance: Ensuring all operations and activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Reporting: Preparing detailed reports on audit findings and recommending improvements.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement strategies for improving internal controls and operational efficiency.
- Team Management: Leading and mentoring a team of audit professionals.
