We are seeking a Debt Manager to join our Collections team, focusing on rural assets in Madhya Pradesh. As a Debt Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing the collection process for assigned debts. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and controlling delinquency levels within the designated area, tracking both bucket-wise and Days Past Due (DPD) wise, with a special focus on non-starters.
- Allocation and achievement of collection targets, whether through internal resources or external agencies.
- Regular follow-ups with defaulting customers to facilitate timely repayments.
