Positions:
- ROM (Regional Operations Manager):
Experience: 5-8 years in managing 4-6 branches, with team handling experience of 10+ people. CTC Budget up to ₹6 Lakh. - BOM (Branch Operations Manager):
Experience: 3-5 years in finance/banking/NBFC/insurance, managing a team of 2-4 members. CTC Budget up to ₹4 Lakh + performance-based incentives. - TO (Transaction Officer):
Experience: 1-3 years in operations or cashier roles. CTC Budget up to ₹2.5 Lakh + performance-based incentives.
Eligibility:
Preferably local candidates with operational experience in insurance, banking, or finance.
