Job Role:
- Build and enhance High Net Worth Customer relationships for liabilities by actively sourcing new clients.
- Acquire new bank customers through personal efforts and various acquisition channels.
- Maintain a strong understanding of commercial assets such as CC, OD, TL, and export finance.
- Inform customers of new products or enhancements to expand their banking relationship.
- Organize and execute special sales initiatives and events for both prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with other group companies to ensure seamless access to additional products.
- Keep thorough and accurate records of all relationships for assigned customer accounts.
- Track customer complaints and queries, ensuring quick resolution for customer satisfaction.
- Promote and sell additional bank products to current branch customers.
- Familiarity with mutual funds and insurance is a valuable asset.
- Maintain a customer-oriented approach.
Eligibility:
- 4+ years of Branch Banking experience as a Relationship Manager
