Job Title: Sales Manager (Credit Card – Open Market)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive credit card sales through a team in the open market and Point of Sales.
- Manage the end-to-end process from sourcing to dispatching of cards, coordinating with the credit and ops team.
- Coordinate with various internal stakeholders for credit card issuance.
- Establish corporate tie-ups and conduct business development activities.
Job Requirements:
- Lead business for the location.
- Manage a team of 30-40 sales executives; responsible for hiring, team building, and overall productivity.
- Eligibility: MBA candidate with a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in handling large teams. Candidates with prior experience in open market and direct sales in the credit card business are preferred.
