Job Description for Kotak Mahindra Bank Roles:

1. Platinum Relationship Manager

  • Responsibilities:
    1. Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
    2. Provide personalized financial advice and solutions.
    3. Achieve business targets through cross-selling and up-selling bank products.
  • Experience Required: Minimum 5.5 years in Portfolio/Relationship Management within Branch Banking.

2. Elite Relationship Manager

  • Responsibilities:
    1. Manage a select portfolio of clients with a focus on deepening relationships.
    2. Offer tailored financial services to meet client needs.
    3. Drive business growth by achieving sales targets and enhancing client engagement.
    4. Maintain compliance with banking regulations and policies.
  • Experience Required: Minimum 3.5 years in Portfolio/Relationship Management within Branch Banking.

3. Branch Relationship Manager

  • Responsibilities:
    1. Develop and manage customer relationships at the branch level.
    2. Drive branch-level business growth by cross-selling bank products.
    3. Support branch operations in achieving overall business objectives.
  • Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Portfolio/Relationship Management within Branch Banking.
