Job Role:
- Develop and expand High Net Worth Customer relationships for liabilities by sourcing new customers.
- Acquire new bank customers through individual efforts and various acquisition channels.
- Cross-sell bank products to existing branch customers.
- Inform customers about new products or enhancements to expand their banking relationship.
- Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for both prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with other group companies to ensure seamless access to additional products.
- Maintain comprehensive relationship records for assigned customer accounts.
- Track customer complaints and queries, ensuring quick turnaround times for customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
- Graduate with 3-5 years of experience
- Post Graduate with 2-3 years of experience
- Customer orientation
- High energy and drive
- AMFI / IRDA certification is preferred
