Job Role:
- Develops and expands relationships with High Net Worth Customers for liabilities by sourcing category-A priority clients.
- Sources new bank customers through a lead generation model and converts leads with external field support.
- Ensures high levels of customer service and adherence to bank policies.
- Cross-sells bank products to existing customers.
- Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to expand the banking relationship.
- Plans and conducts special sales initiatives for prospective and existing clients in collaboration with Product Managers.
- Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to additional products.
- Maintains complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts.
Job Description:
- Graduate with 4-6 years of experience or Post Graduate with 2-4 years of experience.
- Certified in AMFI/IRDA.
- Excellent communication skills – Verbal & Written.
- Flair for Sales.
- Flexible to get scattered 8 week offs in a month with 9-hour shifts.
- Good listening skills and strong communication abilities.
- Positive attitude and works with integrity.
- Team player, collaborative, and self-motivated person, including the ability to act as a role model within the organization. Should be able to establish rapport quickly with peers, managers, and customers.
