Position: Regional Sales Manager – Affordable & MSME Loans

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies and action plans to achieve Affordable & MSME loan business targets.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of regional Area Managers/Branch Managers.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the region.
- Set individual and team sales targets, and monitor and analyze sales performance.
- Mentor and coach the regional sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Continuously monitor and analyse regional sales, portfolio quality, and profitability metrics.
- Ensure effective knowledge sharing and best practice implementation across the region.
Skills:
- Graduate with 7-10 years of experience in sales of loans through direct channels.
