Position: Head Administration
Location: Goregaon – Mumbai
Job Role:
- Develop a roadmap for administration department policies and SOPs, implementing new practices aligned with market trends.
- Drive effective administration plans through periodic reviews to meet stakeholder requirements.
- Establish KRAs aligned with Zonal strategies, ensuring systematic reviews and corrective actions.
- Plan, schedule, monitor, and execute premises management in adherence to policies and SOPs, achieving deliverables cost-effectively and on time.
- Ensure periodic maintenance of assets, actively manage repairs, and adhere to policy frameworks for asset disposal.
- Streamline rent processing, promote GST compliance, and manage security deposit recovery strategies.
- Oversee asset tagging, updating, and physical verification as per policy, aligning asset procurement with budgetary constraints.
- Foster a collaborative team environment focused on operational efficiency and leadership development.
- Maintain comprehensive data points for audit and control purposes across premises, rent, asset management, and more.
- Coordinate interdepartmental activities and stakeholder management to enhance service delivery and feedback mechanisms.
Education & Experience:
- Candidate with 12-15 years of experience, preferably from Microfinance/Banking background.
