Eligibility Criteria:
- Trainee CSO: Freshers only
- CSO/Sr. CSO: 1 to 4 years of experience in MFI, Collection Agencies, or Banking Sector
- Qualification: 12th pass & above
- Age: 19-30, with age relaxation as per profile
Salary & Benefits: CTC of 19,000 to 23,000 (including accommodation, good incentives, and mess facility). Mandatory documents include an updated resume, PAN, Aadhaar, and valid driving license. Immediate joiners are preferred.
