JOB DESCRIPTION:
- We’re recruiting Cluster Head Branch Banking positions across Mumbai and Gujarat.
- The candidate will oversee 8-12 branches with direct reporting from Branch Managers.
- Total team strength will be 75 to 100.
Requirement:
- Should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as Cluster Head Branch Banking.
- Senior Branch Manager with 8-10 years of experience as a Branch Manager and experience handling big branches and large book sizes can also apply. (500cr plus)
- Should have experience in handling large team sizes in sales and operation.
- Candidates having exposure across multiple locations will be preferred.
