- CRO (Customer Relationship Officer)
- Loan Officer
- ACRM (Assistant Customer Relationship Manager)
- CRM-MB (Customer Relationship Manager)
Qualifications:
- CRO: Minimum 12th grade. Freshers can apply.
- Loan Officer, ACRM, CRM-MB: Graduation required.
Experience Requirements:
- CRO: Minimum Graduates with 0-4 years of experience in NBFC. Must have thorough knowledge of organizing center meetings, group loan disbursement, collection, and cross-selling of banking products.
- Loan Officer: Minimum Graduates with 1-4 years of experience in NBFC. Must have thorough knowledge of individual loans.
- CRM & ACRM: Minimum Graduates with 2-5 years of team handling experience in group loans, individual loans, HV, GRT, OD-collection, etc.
