Qualifications & Experience:
Customer Relationship Officer (CRO):
- Minimum Graduates with 0-4 years of experience in NBFC.
- Thorough knowledge of organising centre meetings, group loan disbursement, collection, and cross-selling banking products.
- Freshers can also apply for the CRO position.
Loan Officer:
- Minimum Graduates with 1-4 years of experience in NBFC.
- Thorough knowledge of individual loan sourcing, OD collection, and disbursement of individual loans.
