Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the Officer-Talent Acquisition is to assist the AM-TA in managing the recruitment cycle for the business unit. This includes building a diverse pipeline of highly skilled resources, managing candidate relationships, and ensuring the right talent is available when needed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between various departments for recruitment needs.
  • Assist the AM-TA in handling recruitment activities, including gathering requisitions, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and following up until the candidate joins.
  • Work with hiring managers to understand immediate and future business unit requirements to effectively direct recruitment efforts.
  • Demonstrate good sourcing skills.
  • Show proficiency in MS Office applications, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Be highly detail-oriented and capable of prioritizing and organizing workload across multiple groups.
