Job Description:
- Must be a local resident of the applying location.
- Should possess thorough knowledge of banking operations and sales services.
- Should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Branch Manager and a total of 8-12 years of overall experience.
- Must have experience in managing a team of 7-15 people.
- Should have handled a deposit book of 50-100 Cr.
- Must have been highly rated in 2 out of the last 3 years.
